7.16-22 NATSUKO IMAZU Oil Painting Exhibition - Tales of moss . SABI Garden - @ TOBU IKEBUKURO department store 6th floor

Theme of this solo exhibition is SABI which comes from Japanese sense of beauty
WABI SABI. SABI is double structure, one side is old and wither, another side is rich and
fabulous these are against elements but when its blended into same world, it creates
the beauty. Also it means leak out the internal essence. Some of the ZEN temples show
the garden from the window and let the people image the awaken, puzzlement, life of
person and universe.
This is her second time solo exhibition at this art gallery, compare to previous exhibition
it is more mossy world. Please look and find the WABI garden, there are blooming and
withering flowers and insects of four seasons, also painted each and every leaf like
moss growing for many years, through this window of art work I hope you enjoy.

DAIMARU department tore at Fukuoka Art gallery main building 6th floor
Mr. Isana Yamada’s main concept is TUKUMOGAMI since he finished master degree at
Tokyo University of the Art.
TUKUMOGAMI is a sort of animism in Japan, very old objects and animals finally get
spirit and become god. His sunken ship TUKUMOGAMI art works “ back to the port”
series motif is wheal which related his name ISANA. This series makes him popular, now
he is working on aggressively in various aspects. You may find his new art works using
turban shell as motif and also unpublished sketching at this exhibition.
This is his first time exhibition at FUKUOKA please enjoy beautiful blue form with
internal stories.

Hakkendo Gallery is now open. Exhibition“The four Graces” will be starting for the first time in 2 years.
This exhibition “The Four graces” theme is the number “Four” which Mucha use to like as symbolic meaning of represent basic elements which was given to the world Four remarkable artists create outstanding individuality art works.
They chose “Wether”by Kaori Aoki, Mari Yanagida and “Time” by Takuya Mitani, Ayano Oki as the theme. Symbol of peace which “Hart” “Rainbow” “Pigeon” “Peace sign” are the theme at this year. This is also our wish to get back the normal life.

「あ」から「ん」まで、45名の作家が「青春」をテーマに多種多様な解釈で読み札を考え、
絵札を描いた青春かるた。原画45点（4号サイズ）をすべて展示。
